Peninsula Workforce Development Center representative Joseph Amos will teach adults the basics of money management and how to create a spending and savings plan, 1-2 p.m., Friday, March 16, at Main Street Library, and 3-4 p.m., Friday, March 16, at West Avenue Library. In addition to learning how to become a smart shopper, participants also will learn about debit and credit cards and how to protect themselves from identity theft.
